What began as a desire to bring fair pricing, unique finds, and exceptional service to our community has grown into a boutique committed to helping women express themselves at every stage of life.

Modern Threads is an online boutique based in Princeton, MN, offering fast and convenient local delivery within a 30-mile radius. Prefer to shop in person? Visit our events calendar to catch us at pop-ups and markets throughout the area.

We’re thrilled to announce our first permanent storefront will be opening in Champlin on January 26, 2026, where you can shop Modern Threads in person, five days a week. Starting in March 2026, we will feature five women owned businesses each month through our consignor program, with special monthly events where vendors can set up in-store to showcase their products.

In addition, Sweet and Sassy Lingerie will be located within Modern Threads, offering everything from bras and lingerie to pajamas, bra fittings, and more—making it a one-stop shop for all your clothing and lingerie needs.
